I already have a license,but good news many websites are offering licenses for this,though this utility may create problems with OS if not careful.The only good news is that the license is most likely for lifetime!
Update:All 500 licenses are taken!!!!!!

You are absolutely correct. Apps such as this can cause some issues, if not careful (especially registry cleaner). There is a restore option available in this app in the event a problem does occur. The 500 Licenses does appear to have been given out.
