For the past 98 weeks (consecutively) I have posted Geek Squeaks’ of the Week, which was comprised of recent links to articles that were drafted by the members of the What’s On My PC blogroll…
I have thoroughly enjoyed researching and making the deadline for this weekly posting; however, I do believe it is time for a change in the venue. I do have an idea in mind in how to use the term “Geek Squeak” to promote articles that are posted by my fellow bloggers; however, we will see how this pans out. I have great admiration in what articles my fellow bloggers present and often like to post linkbacks to their articles. This will continue, just in a different way!
Blogging is all about learning and believe me I have learned a lot about writing, computers and discipline that has ultimately benefited me in my everyday life.

Rick,
What, What, What!!!
Don’t stop 2 short of the record. Push through that magic 100!
We’re rootin’ for ya.
Bill
Bill,
I may continue with this numbering scheme by featuring a specific blog from the blogroll. For example, I may feature Tech Thoughts and list some of the top articles or recent articles from Tech Thoughts…
Just not enough hours in the day; however, I love blogging about all of this stuff.
Rick
Rick,
Say it isn’t so! I agree with Bill go for the 100 mark. I enjoy your blog everyday and I hope to start one this year and I have learned so much from yours and my other favorite bloggers (Paul, Paul and Bill). But you are right, there is never enough time in a day and that is what is holding me back from blogging.
Cappydawg,
I’ll come up with something… Was just getting to be quite time consuming. Thank you for your support!
Rick
Rick, I certainly find the weekly round-up useful and have bookmarked quite a few great links as a result. I try and tweet the best of what I find on the blogosphere each day and a few links have come from here. I look forward to Geek Squeaks in its new form.
TechandLife,
I’m going to see how this plays out and if it impacts the daily numbers. I’ve got my thinking cap on and will come up with something.
Rick
I’ve enjoyed discovering new tech sites through your Geek Squeaks, Rick. Sorry to see them go but it’s understandable; as you say there’s only so many hours in a day.
Best Wishes
Paul
Paul,
I always look forward to your comments and support. Means alot to a blogger.
Rick
Rick,
I have, since the first GS, marveled at the dedicated effort required to assemble and post this compilation.
As time went on, and Geek Squeaks expanded to include even more great writers/websites, I,frankly, boggled at your dedication. I frequently wondered how you could do it, and for how long. (And thought “better him than me…” Ha!)
Your Geek Squeaks was a real public service, and I felt it a true honor to be included.
Thank you.
TechPaul,
As I mentioned to Bill, I may do a “Geek Squeak” of the week and feature a specific blog on the blogroll. There are so many great articles that everyone puts together that it is just unbelievable the talent that is out there. I owe a lot to you personally in making your weekly supportive comments that kept me going with this.
Rick
Thanks for including 404 Tech Support for the ride. I certainly appreciated the shoutouts. I understand how time-consuming it can be though.
Thanks again!

Thanks for supporting Canadian Tech Blogger
.
A change in venue is always good.
Hey DreamsBurned,
Thanks for that… Just need to kick back for awhile here!
Rick
Rick, I will always look forward to following your good work, however you decide to do it.
Mak,
I really appreciate your dedication. Not only for making others feel good about things; but your dedication to that really neat blog you have crafted.
Rick
Rick, looking forward to your next venture. Thank you for the support over time.
AskBillFirst,
Keep posting over there… I most likely will do writeups, here and there, on the bloggers on my blogroll.
Rick
Rick puts a lot of work into everything he does. I’m not sure if I’d be able to keep up with everything on a site like this. Stick it out to the magic 100 and then we’ll ask for the magic 200 mark. LOL
Hey Midmented…
Glad to see you hear; AND, THANKS for the supporting comment.
Rick
Rick, I truly appreciate your hard work and I look forward to the new change.
I am truly honored to be included in Geek Squeaks. Geek Squeak has always provided me with great content and links to the best articles and I will miss it.
Sorry to see GS go but it’s understandable.
Thank you again for all your kind support.
Best Wishes for the new change,
Mezanul
Rick,
Thanks for all the work compiling GS each week. And for including my tiny blog. Being included…and your great support, has been very helpful to me.
You have a great and mega-successful blog that we all learn from. And I look forward to whatever What’s On My PC, and you, come up with next.
Best,
Paul
Thanks Paul… I enjoy blogging and find it a real exercise of the mind. Keeps me out of trouble with the wife (I think)…
Rick
Dear
Rick
I am sorry by that, because the Geek Squeak was and, I hope so, will be very useful to me to know what happens in many many subjects.
Do not leave us without the information so needed.
Thank you
Felix
