Take advantage of your Google Drive and use HelloFax to sign and send faxes online.
With Google Drive being a new service provided by Google I am starting to see third party developers coming out with apps that integrate and take advantage of Google Drive. HelloFax is a prime example and is one of the first out of the gate by offering 50 free fax pages per month and unlimited signatures.
After integrating with HelloFax, you’ll get a HelloFax folder in your Google Drive account. This folder will be automatically populated with your inbound and outbound faxes, as well as your signed documents and signature requests.
By downloading HelloFax (as a Google App) you can have the functionality of HelloFax with any file in your Google Drive folder. HelloFax currently supports the following file types (doc, docx, pdf, tif, tiff, ppsx, ppt, pptx, tif, tiff, jpg, jpeg, png, xls, xlsx, txt, and gif).
Appears you can only send faxes with the FREE account and if you need to receive faxes you will need to sign up for either the Basic, Premium or Ultimate plan. Oh well, its’ FREE and gives you the ability to send up to 50 pages per month (which is more than I will ever use from home).
