Hands Down This Is the Best Screen Capture App Out There

Folks, I do a lot of graphic editing and desktop publishing on the amateur level and I would be lost if I did not have a good graphic editor and screen capture application. My “go to” software for screen captures and graphic editing,  is no other than PicPick Tools. If you do not have PicPick Tools on your computer, then you are missing out on a real jewel of a computer program that is super easy to figure out, is FREE for home use, AND is portable. Don’t let the simplicity of this application fool you. It can do everything you need it do to get that graphic editing job done.

I have written about PicPick Tools before, but it is one of those apps that just continues to improve and one of those apps (that in my opinion) should be in the Freeware Hall of Fame.
